There's some shameless self-promotion going on in the world and I thought I'd jump on the wagon (or is it off the wagon?) :)

As you may or may not know, I have been doing mortgage loans for the last 5 years. I love what I do and what I love most is being able to explain what seems so mysterious about the process so that anyone can understand. Recently I've been working on loans for some family and friends and my love has been re-kindled, as stupid and geeky as that sounds.
