Jeff and Kallie

We live in an apartment complex, so garden space is limited, but we found a little strip of dirt and weeds that we decided to make our garden. We got rid of the weeds and planted some little baby plants at the beginning of June. Our garden is made up of 4 Tomato Plants, 1 Cucumber Plant, 1 Squash Plant and a Zucchini Plant. It's little, but we're pretty proud of it. Yesterday we went out to see if there were any ripe tomatoes yet...they keep getting bigger, but staying green. (the tomato plants are as tall as me!) So we didn't pick any tomatoes. There was, however, a giant, ripe cucumber waiting to be picked. There's really nothing like planting a garden (small as it may be) and watching it grow!
